Linking Policy

1. Thank you for your interest in linking to MAVEA.net (“Web Site”) which is operated by MAVEA LLC (“MAVEA”).  When used in this policy, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean MAVEA, and “you” and “your” refers to any individual, company, or other entity that links or attempts to link to the Web Site.

If you would like to link to the Web Site, please contact MAVEA at the email address provided below and provide us with your Web site URL and the text intended to be used in conjunction with the link to our Web Site.  We may grant you a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to create a link to the Web Site if you enter into an agreement with us, pursuant to which you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this policy, as well as other terms and conditions that we may require from time to time, in our sole discretion, and provided that you agree to remove the link to this Web Site immediately as practical upon request by MAVEA.  Linking to the Web Site is not permitted without MAVEA’s express prior written consent.

By linking to the Web Site, you hereby irrevocably release and discharge MAVEA, its affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, causes of action, costs, damages and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to linking to and/or using the Web Site.
